"I have used The Auctus Group for billing and consulting services for 5 years now. Their team has been consistent, reliable and absolutely expert in their pursuit of reimbursement for my practice. They are available for me at all times and always able to provide a status or gameplan...whatever is needed. In addition to managing our billing, their consultants have provided guidance in directing practice growth from assisting with staffing, providing IT oversight and championing the mastery of our practice management software. Their consulting has built out process in my practice that has lasted. Although previously difficult to relinquish, I have completely entrusted The Auctus Group with the financial backbone of my practice. I have referred them to multiple colleagues and will continue to do so."

"Since working with Auctus our insurance reimbursement has...like tripled"

"The Auctus Group has been an integral part of our practice and has played a pivotal support role in its development. We initially brought them on board to assist in launching our medical spa which has been a great success from day one. Over the following several years they assisted us with evaluating process, software, staff and venders as we navigated practice growth. This past year we made the decision to utilize their medical billing services and our collections immediately jumped from the first month. The Auctus Group is truly a part of our team. They consistently go above and beyond for us and we look forward to working together with them for years to come."
Craniomaxillofacial Surgeon, IL
"We began working with The Auctus Group after a very difficult experience with another outsourced service after previously having an in-house team. The transition was handled in an incredibly short amount of time, no more than a few weeks. In the following month, The Auctus Group was able to overcome a tremendous system cleanup, sift through to find our payable claims, address numerous large scale projects, and get us to a place where we had not been in years. They are accessible, responsive, and they really understand the process flow from billing to bookkeeping which has saved us time and helped us to work smarter not harder. It has been very difficult to find a group or team that we can truly trust to handle our receivables. We finally have that now. Bottom line for us - The Auctus Group laid out what they could do for us and then did it."

"Don’t know what you guys are doing differently now but keep it up! Just got a $10k payment from UHC for that case we didn't expect to get anything on. Unbelievable. Awesome work"

"We found The Auctus Group in a time of transition for our practice. They were able to quickly identify needs, supplement staff and process where necessary and assist us in navigating growth as well as development. Beyond the billing, The Auctus Group has been instrumental in providing us the empirical data needed to make crucial practice growth decisions. As we continue to develop, we are consistently finding additional opportunities for value-add from their team. We would absolutely recommend The Auctus Group to our colleagues."

"Quick anecdote: the j*rks at Aetna were fighting a claim submitted last June and the reimbursement hovered around $1,300. Angie & Ezzie worked on this claim for six months until it was correctly finalized yesterday. In the grand scheme of things, one outstanding claim could be easily overlooked or neglected.
These two -- and I'm sure many others who go unnoticed -- routinely lean into claims when it's likely not worth their time. That says a lot and I think you can be proud to have them representing your company.

"When contracting for services in the workplace, you are lucky to get half of what you expect. The Auctus Group has proven to be a pleasant exception to this expectation. Since taking over the billing services for our busy plastic surgery practice, The Auctus Group has excelled in medical billing and accounts receivable performance. They have been tenacious and effective negotiators with the insurance companies and have developed unique and efficient processes to maximize our reimbursement. They are upbeat, enthusiastic and responsive to your needs. We highly recommend them to anyone needing billing or consulting services."

"As the owner and president of an elective cosmetic facial plastic surgery practice consisting of one surgeon, I am most grateful for the help of The Auctus Group while transitioning to a multiple provider and specialty practice. John Gwin and Kyle Battles have personally guided us through changes in patient billing, bookkeeping, accounting and much more. Their expertise on every aspect of the medical practice never ceases to amaze me. They have also given us guidance in professional areas of our practice and provided us with stellar referrals to other professionals when needed. I am grateful to have had the help from The Auctus Group in the many layers of our practice."

"I think of the Auctus Group as the business end of our practice. They have expertly advised us and negotiated on our behalf in every step of building our practice (EMR selection, equipment, job descriptions, salaries, hiring process, etc.). Auctus stands a step above the rest due to their depth of knowledge, experience, professionalism and the fact that I feel they truly care about our practice. They are simply excellent."

"John Gwin is an affable, ethical, reliable individual who, in addition to being masterful with billing, has a network of people with solutions for almost every practice problem. He has a vast wealth of knowledge about coding for plastic surgery and helped my friends and I with our coding and submission for the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He will be an asset for our team when they have any questions about what she should or shouldn’t do, and how to code for it. I have worked with John for 2 years now, since the day I finished my fellowship. Back when I was more uncertain about the insurance world, I could get him on the phone 24-7, when he’s on vacation, during the day as I’m seeing patients, at night when in the emergency department, anytime."

"Working with The Auctus Group brings you big firm productivity and experience with a boutique firm sort of feel. They provide me with direction on the best way to go about all of my needs as it applies to insurance remittance, when to appeal and when to accept, tracking down payments sent to the patients instead of the provider (a nasty trick they seem to pull for out of network providers) and basically mitigating all of the headaches involved with this process. Patience is required of the provider under all circumstances, but it's easy to let go and wait knowing that these guys are at bat for you.

"I’d first like to say that appreciate you guys being so on top of the emails and everything! Wow. In my very short business owner experience, I have found that email promptness tends to trickle off after the sale lol, so I am truly impressed."

"The team is very responsive and delivers clear and concise communication. They are quick and work hard to advocate for our patients. We appreciate all their assistance. We have confidence that our cases will be handled well and correctly when Auctus is involved. Such a great addition to the team!"

"We are without a doubt in good hands! Even though it is early into our business relationship we have already had more transparency into our billing with you guys then we have had with any other biller - so I just want to say thank you for you and your team staying on top of everything and putting efficient systems in place. Any time I have a question, it always gets answered. Your team is thorough and takes the time to explain things in detail which is very important because billing can get confusing.
Not only do I want to thank you for the consistency you and your team provide, but I want to thank you for helping dig us out of this mess we were thrown into with our last biller."

"Thank you so much for your help today. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for your help and understanding! I'll be returning to (CLIENT) again because of your brilliant customer service. Thank you again and have the best day!!"

"I recently received a bill that was confusing and when I contacted my doctor's office and people I spoke to were unwilling to try and help and somewhat rude. They tried to quickly get me off the phone and asked that I contact the billing department. The experience was the complete opposite - providing thoughtful explanations of everything to ensure I understood what I was being billed for. As someone who has worked in customer service for 10+ years, I know that when feedback is shared it is often for not good reasons, but I wanted to make it known how much I appreciated speaking to your team yesterday. "

"I wanted to mention what a pleasure it is working with your billing team. They are fantastic about responding and always helpful. "

"I wanted to give a huge thank you for the time and effort your team put into answering all of my questions today. It isn't often that people take the time to really make sure they HELP the person on the other end of the phone. "

"I've never seen a biller reject so many negotiation offers? I don't understand why they won't take our deals."

"I don't understand why your billers think they have the right to speak to our peer reviewers? They're not even properly trained. - Auths Case Reviewer
I don't understand why your PCP thinks they can tell our plastic surgeon they can't render services your Medical Director cannot legally perform? They're not properly trained either are they. - Auctus Auths Case Manager"
Prior Auth insurance rep - Intake personnel at insurance company after their peer-to-peer reviewer (a Primary Care MD) didn't understand the difference between oncoplastic breast reduction and standard breast reduction **hint: oncoplastic indicates breast cancer so the Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 rules policy...not the Schnur Schecter Scale chief.
