Procode Inc. DBA The Auctus Group (“Auctus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at auctusgroupconsulting.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we collect when you visit the Site, how we use and share that information, and the rights you have over your personal information.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Form submissions and lead inquiries: retained for 24 months from the date of submission, unless an active sales engagement extends the retention period.
• Analytics data: retained per each provider’s standard policies — Google Analytics: 14 months by default; Datafast: 12 months.
• Server logs: retained for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

9. International Data Transfers

The Auctus Group is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for an adult, professional audience (medical practice administrators, providers, and partners). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us at privacy@auctusgrp.com and we will delete it.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 12. Embedded Content from Other Websites
